Terms and Conditions

1. The offer will run until the 18th August 2023.

2. The offer is only available through www.smashwords.com as a download. The offer consists of downloading the eBook file through the link provided. The offer provides a download with 2 options. Option 1 is a download at the cost of $0.99 using code PM98V. Option 2 is a download using code VJ96M at the cost of £1.00. Smashwords charge all downloads in the US Dollar denomination. The discounted cost of £1.00 was calculated at the dollar/pound conversion cost generally available on Google Finance Money Markets Europe dated 18/07/2023. There is no limit to the number of downloads. 

3. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this offer.

4. By downloading the eBook offer, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to participate in the offer.

5. Under no circumstances will Romaunce Books be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the eBook offer

6. Romaunce Books will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this offer and Romaunce Books can cancel or alter the offer at any stage.

7. Any dispute relating to the offer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
